Visit the valley
The valley is open to visitors from June 25 to October 4, 2026, Thursday to Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
We are located in Melbourne, in the Eastern Townships, about 5 minutes from exit 85 on Highway 55 (halfway between Sherbrooke and Drummondville).
Our address is 940 Valley Rd, Melbourne, QC J0B 2B0.
Dogs are allowed on our site for the self-guided tour, on the hiking trails, and at the picnic tables located in front of our reception pavilion. They must be kept on a leash at all times, and their waste must be picked up. We rely on the good faith and judgment of the owners of our furry friends.
Dogs are not allowed on guided tours, in the shop, or on its adjacent outdoor terraces.
In addition to finding everything you need for a gourmet snack in our shop, we offer gourmet picnic boxes (advance booking required) and ready-to-drink mocktails featuring our products. You are welcome to use the tables available on the terrace of our reception pavilion to enjoy your purchases.
Therefore, bringing your own picnic to our site is not permitted.

Our products
Our fig trees of about twenty varieties produce figs from July until the end of September. Contact us to check their availability.
During harvest season (July to September), you can reserve fig punnets through our online store. Every Wednesday at noon, we display the available quantity for pickup at our farm store from Thursday to Sunday of the same week. Due to harvest fluctuations and the freshness of the figs, reservations for later weeks are not possible.
There's no need to contact us to inform us of your visit: simply come and pick up your order during our opening hours (10 am to 5 pm).
Fig punnets are also available without reservation at the
farm store for on-site visitors on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
Our fig trees are grown in containers in our automated, energy-efficient greenhouses, all without synthetic pesticides. We practice biological pest control by introducing predatory insects to control pests. We are committed to offering you healthy and tasty fruits!
Yes, we sell fig tree saplings in 3.5-inch pots (cutting size) through our online store as well as at the farm store. Several varieties are offered and available from May.
We also sell larger fig trees upon request. Contact us at info@lavalleedumoulin.com or 819-826-1369 for more information.
Please note that you must pick up your fig trees at La Vallée du Moulin in Melbourne.
