Refund Policy

Once your order has been confirmed, you can no longer modify it. Please check the accuracy of your order before submitting it. No exchange or refund will be made, unless you notice a breakage upon receipt of your merchandise. If necessary, we invite you to contact us directly at info@lavalleedumoulin.com.

Visit cancellation and refund policy:

Up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation, you may reschedule the date or receive a refund at no extra cost.

Between 48 hours and 7 days before teh scheduled tour date

We do not offer refunds or rescheduling due to weather conditions. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, you may reschudule your tour at no extra cost. To do so, please contact us at 819-826-1369 or via email at info@lavalleedumoulin.com at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour time and date.

Less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date

Rescheduling or refunds are not possible.

**Please note: Notwithstanding the foregoing, please note that if your reservation includes a picnic box, it cannot be refunded or postponed within 72 hours of your visit.**
