A true indulgence resulting from a whipping process developed by Marie-Michèle, our creamy honey differs from churned kinds of honeys on the market by its smooth and airy texture. It's a spreadable treat that the children in our family love.

Our honey is cold extracted in our honey house and slightly heated before filtration. Throughout the process, its temperature is controlled in order to remain well below pasteurization temperatures. Our honey thus retains all its aromas and nutritional properties.
