Propagated from cuttings of our producing trees and carefully grown in our energy-efficient greenhouses, our fig trees are ready to produce delicious figs at home. Ranging from 2 to 3 feet in height, they are in 10-inch (9L) round, aerated Ercole pots.

Six varieties are available, with a short description below:

• Lattarula: bifere, medium-sized fig with yellow-green skin and light or amber-colored flesh, flavor reminiscent of honey.
• LSU Purple: bifere, small, elongated fig with dark purple skin and beige pulp, flavor with notes of maple syrup or mild honey.
• Violette de Bordeaux: bifere, medium-sized fig with purple skin and red flesh, very sweet taste reminiscent of strawberry or blueberry jam.
• Texas: bifere, medium-sized fig with green and purple skin and amber or pale pink flesh, slightly sweet taste.
• Ischia: bifere, medium to large fig with yellow-green skin and red flesh, sweet and tart taste.
• Chicago Hardy: bifere, small to medium-sized fig with dark red flesh, taste reminiscent of strawberry, cherries, or blueberries.
