Carefully restored, the micro-hydroelectric power station bears witness to our desire for autonomy and respect for the environment. The visit allows you to discover how this delicate fruit is cultivated, nurtured at every stage, then transformed on site into gourmet delights to savour.
Our other regional delights
Along the way, each stop is an opportunity to learn a little more about our local savoir-faire, from maple syrup to our artisanal honey — two sweet treats carefully harvested here in the valley.
The farm shop is full of creations inspired by the harvests and unusual flavors of the valley: maple syrup, honey, fig spread, fruit syrups, soaps, and jellies — as well as a selection of delicious complementary local products.

Guided tour
An immersive tour led by a member of our team who will present the history of the site, the ingenious installations, and the expertise showcased there. Lasting 90 minutes and set in the heart of nature, the tour includes a visit to the hydroelectric micro-plant, the fig greenhouses, and concludes with a tasting of local products inspired by the flavors of the valley.
Self-guided tour
Self-guided tour dotted with interpretation panels that guide visitors through the trails and facilities.
An immersion in nature, between inspiring viewpoints and discoveries at every turn.
Gourmet experience
Want to eat well in an enchanting setting? Gourmet picnic box with vegetarian option, aperitif box, fruity mocktails and other specialties prepared on site for an unparalleled gourmet journey.

The valley is open to visitors from June 25 to October 4, 2026, Thursday to Sunday, between 10 AM and 5 PM.
We are located in Melbourne, in the Eastern Townships, about 5 minutes from exit 85 on Highway 55 (halfway between Sherbrooke and Drummondville).
Our address is 940 Valley Rd, Melbourne, QC J0B 2B0.
In addition to finding everything you need for a gourmet snack in our shop, we offer gourmet picnic boxes (advance booking required) and ready-to-drink mocktails featuring our products. You are welcome to use the tables available on the terrace of our reception pavilion to enjoy your purchases.
Therefore, bringing your own picnic to our site is not permitted.
